The Supreme Court of India issued an order granting permission to the Petitioners to implead the State Bank of India as a newly added Respondent. The Petitioners were directed to restore the Importer-Exporter Code in favor of Respondent No.1, allowing them to re-export goods subject to conditions imposed by the High Court.
