Application for exemption from filing certified copy of the impugned order - Held that - Application allowed - no prejudice will be caused to the respondent if it is directed that the petitioner may be allowed to file written arguments before the High Court within seven days from today. On consideration of the written arguments to be filed, if the High Court is of the view that further arguments would be required it will be open for the High Court to hear the learned counsel for the petitioner. SLP disposed off.

Summary
