1981 (11) TMI 21 - HC - Income Tax

The High Court of Madhya Pradesh declined to answer the questions referred to it by the Income-tax Appellate Tribunal regarding the property left by Shri Sitaram and its inheritance, as the accountable person showed lack of interest in pursuing the reference. No costs were awarded. (Case Citation: 1981 (11) TMI 21 - Madhya Pradesh High Court)
