Withdrawal of appeal - rectification of mistake - HELD THAT - As appellant seeks liberty to withdraw this appeal and approach this Court in the event his application for rectification is decided against him. He also states that, in that event, all grounds urged in the appeal may be kept open. Liberty granted. In case, the appellant so wishes, at a later stage, to approach this Court, all grounds urged in this appeal shall be kept open. This appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. This appeal is dismissed as withdrawn in the above terms.
