The petitioners deposited Rs. 2,600 with Lorind Chand and Sons as security for their duties. Gurdas Mal, a partner, became insolvent, and the petitioners claimed the amount as trust money. The court ruled the money was not trust money but a simple deposit, dismissing the petition. (Case citation: 1936 (11) TMI 30 - HIGH COURT OF LAHORE)
