Seeking permission to withdraw present petition - liberty sought to file substantive petition challenging virus of the Act - HELD THAT - The present petition is permitted to be withdrawn with the above liberty. However, interim relief granted by this Court shall remain in force for a period of three weeks from today. It is clarified that all the contentions of both the sides are kept open and this Court has not examined the present petition on its merits. Petition dismissed as withdrawn.
