Service of writ application - HELD THAT - As an interim measure it is directed that no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner pursuant to Annexures- 6 7 till the next date. Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner shall cooperate so far as the proceeding before the Central GST authority is concerned.
