The Rajasthan High Court directed the office to register a suo motu bail cancellation application against Anand Singh, who had been granted bail earlier. Recovery was made from Anand Singh's godown, leading to charges under the NDPS Act. The present petitioners were discharged from the same offence. The court ordered notice to be issued to Anand Singh after registering the bail cancellation application.
