Revenue has filed these applications for stay of the impugned order of the Commissioner (Appeals) - Commissioner (Appeals) has given clear finding that the respondents provided jeeps for transportation of goods and it cannot be said that they would come under the category of Rent-a-Cab Scheme Operator . In any case I do not find any strong reason for stay of the operation of the impugned order. Revenue s applications for stay are rejected.
