The Supreme Court, comprising Hon'ble Mr. Justice S. Abdul Nazeer and Hon'ble Mr. Justice C.T. Ravikumar, granted bail to the petitioner for four weeks on a previous date. Subsequently, the court extended the interim order of bail until the next hearing, emphasizing the continuation of the interim order granted earlier. The court decided to maintain the interim order until the disposal of Sessions trial Nos. 661/2022 and 162/2022 by the District and Sessions Court in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, considering the facts and circumstances of the case. The Supreme Court disposed of the Special Leave Petitions and resolved all pending applications in the matter.
