Whether the activities of supervision of installation and erection would amount to providing services under the category of Consulting Engineering Services impugned issue stand decided in case of M/s. Kilburn Engg. Ltd. vide Tribunal s Order in favour of assessee hence impugned order is set aside and appeal is allowed with consequential relief to the appellant.
