Application for restoration of the appeal - COD application and appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. In spite of the fact that counsel for the applicant intimated to the applicant to make arrangement for appearance before the Tribunal as he is busy in some other case but the assessee has not made any arrangements, therefore, we find no merit in the application. The application is dismissed
