2017 (3) TMI 1532 - AT - Income TaxStay of demand in relation to the assessment year 2010-11 - Held that - Corresponding appeal for the relevant assessment year was also posted today for hearing along with the instant stay application. Since the appeal has been heard and the order has also been passed, the instant stay application has become infructuous. In the result, the stay application is dismissed.
The Appellate Tribunal ITAT DELHI dismissed the stay application of the assessee seeking stay of demand of Rs. 76,15,150 for the assessment year 2010-11 as the appeal had already been heard and the order passed, rendering the stay application infructuous. The decision was pronounced on 01.03.2017.
