The Allahabad High Court heard a case where petitioners challenged a seizure order dated 11.04.2018 due to discrepancies in documents. The court found provision for release of goods under Section 129 of Central GST Act and directed release of goods upon filing a bond and security to the satisfaction of the Proper Officer, except in cash.
