The High Court of Allahabad allowed a Civil Misc. Amendment Application No. 18 of 2021 in Writ Tax No. 655 of 2018. The amendment application was allowed with the consent of all parties. Necessary amendments must be made within 24 hours. All respondents are to file a supplementary counter affidavit before the next hearing on 25th January, 2021.
