1978 (11) TMI 67 - CGOVT - Central Excise

The Government of India considered a revision application regarding duty on water coils. The Government distinguished between water coils and cooling coils, stating that only cooling coils were dutiable. The matter was referred back to the Assistant Collector for further examination based on the facts presented.
