1985 (7) TMI 104 - HC - Customs

The High Court of Himachal Pradesh at Simla quashed the charges framed by the trial court against the petitioners in a Customs Act case and ordered a de novo summary trial. The court held that the case could be tried summarily under Section 138 of the Customs Act, allowing for a quicker resolution.
