1991 (9) TMI 82 - HC - Customs

The State of Maharashtra appealed against an order of acquittal in a customs case. The High Court upheld the acquittal, stating that the evidence was insufficient to convict the accused. The appeal was dismissed, and the Respondent's bail bond was cancelled.
