HELD THAT - There are no reason to interfere with the impugned judgment/order and hence, the special leave petition is dismissed.
The Supreme Court dismissed the special leave petition, clarifying that the petitioner can seek revival of proceedings if the appeal against discharge in the predicate offence is allowed. Delay was condoned and pending applications were disposed of.
