1999 (8) TMI 78 - SCH - Customs

The Supreme Court allowed the appeal against the CEGAT order dismissing it due to a delay of 86 days. The Court directed the Tribunal to hear and decide the appeal on merits, condoning the delay. No costs were awarded.
