Maintainability of appeal before the Tribunal - HELD THAT - Considering the fact that proceedings has been initiated against the appellant under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016 (IBC) and resolution plan has already been approved, in that circumstances it is held that the appeals are not maintainable before the Tribunal. Accordingly, the same are dismissed.
