Supreme Court Judgment Summary:

In the case presided over by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Ranjan Gogoi and Hon'ble Mr. Justice Prafulla C. Pant, the Supreme Court considered the arguments presented by the counsel for both parties. After reviewing the relevant materials, the Court concluded that there were no "legal and valid ground[s] for interference." Consequently, the Court dismissed the Special Leave Petitions. As a result, all pending applications associated with these petitions were also dismissed.
