The DRISHTI (Dynamic Revenue & Importer’s Service Hub for Trade & Industry) Export Sale Proceeds Monitoring System is a software tool developed and used by the Jawaharlal Nehru Customs House (JNCH) in India. The system is designed to monitor and track the export sale proceeds for goods exported from India.

In this connection JNCH has issued two public notices. Through PN No.84/2024 the export check the count nos of pending shipping bills against their respective IEC and submit the required information as mentioned in PN No. 02/2025 via sending email to drawback recovery cell at [email protected].

1. Contact with Customs Officials: The exporter can contact the Drawback Recovery Cell, jnch or send an e-mail at [email protected] for full details of pending Shipping Bills. For ease of sending the replies, the exporters are requested to follow the following format while sending the e-mail -

2. Identify Pending Shipping Bills:
   • You will get the list of shipping that are marked as "pending" or are awaiting updates. These will typically be identified by their unique shipping bill number or exporter code.
3. Check the Status of Pending Bills:
   • Review the reasons for the shipping bills being pending in the system. It could be due to issues related to the export sale proceeds, pending document submission, or delay in remitting the export proceeds.
   • Make sure the export sale proceeds for the relevant transaction have been received or processed by the bank.
4. Prepare the Required Documents:
   • Depending on the reason for the pending status, you will need to provide the following:
     • Self-Certified Copies of Electronic Bank Realization Certificate (e-BRC):.
     • Summary of Export Sales Proceeds Realization.
     • Extension granted by RBI/AD Bank
5. Submit the Documents:
   • Once the required documents are prepared, submit them through the e-mail at [email protected]. by filling the details in Annexure A

Guidelines to fill annexure:

1.Excel cell should not be merged

2. Date should be in the DD:MM:YYYY format.

   • If the status remains pending for a long time, contact the concerned customs office or bank to inquire about the issue.
