**Summary of the Bombay High Court Judgment:**The Bombay High Court, comprising Justices Ranjit More and Smt. Bharati H. Dangre, addressed a petition where the issue was currently "sub judice before the Apex Court." The hearing was deferred to 3rd December 2018, correcting an earlier date of 3rd November 2018, as per a subsequent "CORRIGENDUM ORDER."The court ordered that the petitioner shall not be arrested pursuant to the summons dated 25th September 2018 without adhering to the Criminal Procedure Code. The petitioner must "cooperate with the Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 in the investigation" and attend meetings as directed by the Investigation Officer. The petitioner's counsel is permitted to accompany him during interrogations, maintaining a "visible but not audible distance," in line with the Supreme Court's direction in "Vijay Sajnani versus Union of India."Furthermore, the court directed that the "videograph recording of the statement and examination of the petitioner" be conducted at the petitioner's expense, as per the Supreme Court's order in "Rejendra Arora and ors. Versus Union of India and ors." The accused is not entitled to a copy of the recording unless ordered by the court.
