2024 (7) TMI 1614 - SCH - Money LaunderingSeeking anticipatory bail under Section 438 of the Criminal Procedure Code (Cr.P.C.) in the context of proceedings under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act - it was held by High Court that the petitioner s request for anticipatory bail was not maintainable. HELD THAT - In view of a decision of this Court in the case of Tarsem Lal v. Directorate of Enforcement Jalandhar Zonal Official 2024 (5) TMI 837 - SUPREME COURT the interim order dated 6th May 2024 is made absolute on the same terms and conditions. Appeal allowed.
