2022 (2) TMI 1502 - SCH - Indian LawsLiability to pay the outstanding differential VAT amount of 0.5% for 62 invoices issued by the Petitioner under the Agreement dated 03.02.2010 along with interest accrued thereon - it was held by High Court that the Respondents were liable to pay the outstanding differential VAT amount of Rs. 2, 94, 81, 844/- along with the balance interest of Rs. 96, 86, 040/- at 9% within six weeks - HELD THAT - There are no ground to interfere with the impugned order passed by the High Court. The Special Leave Petition is accordingly dismissed.
The Supreme Court, through Justices Hemant Gupta and V. Ramasubramanian, dismissed the Special Leave Petition, finding "no ground to interfere with the impugned order passed by the High Court." Consequently, any pending interlocutory applications were also disposed of.
