The High Court of Delhi quashed penalty and debarment imposed on directors of a company for not exporting goods under Duty Exemption Scheme. The court found that the orders were invalid as directors were not given a show cause notice or an opportunity to be heard. The court also did not consider the company's argument regarding payment of import duty. The petition was allowed and the impugned orders were quashed.
