2000 (1) TMI 69 - HC - Central Excise

The High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad ruled in favor of HGI Industries Ltd., directing the Commissioner (Appeals) to decide the appeal without insisting on pre-deposit. The appeal was restored and must be decided within eight weeks. The petition was allowed, and the rule was made absolute.
