2008 (11) TMI 266 - HC - Customs

The High Court at Calcutta allowed the application for condonation of delay and disposed of it. The penalty imposed on the appellant was reduced from Rs. 1,00,000 to Rs. 20,000. The appeal was dismissed as no illegality was found in the order passed by the Tribunal.
