1996 (4) TMI 140 - CGOVT - Central Excise

The Commissioner of Central Excise, Ahmedabad filed a revision application against an order-in-appeal regarding rebate claims of Central Excise Duty. The Government rejected the revision application, stating that there was no legal infirmity in the Commissioner (Appeals) order.
