Summary

The Appellate Tribunal CEGAT, New Delhi granted waiver of pre-deposit of penalty amount and duty amounts in Appeal No. C/278/2001-NB against the impugned order of the Commissioner of Customs. The imported and indigenous goods in custody of Customs authorities are deemed sufficient to protect Revenue's interest.
