This aspect has not been dealt with by the learned tribunal.' HELD THAT - There are no reason to interfere with the impugned order passed by the High Court. SLP dismissed.
The Supreme Court, with Justices J. B. Pardiwala and R. Mahadevan presiding, heard arguments from the petitioner's counsel, including Mr. Rana Mukherjee and others. The Court decided to condone the delay but found no justification to interfere with the High Court's order. Consequently, the Special Leave Petition was dismissed. Any pending applications were also disposed of.
