2025 (1) TMI 1001 - SCH - CustomsRectification of mistake - error apparent on the face of the record or not - Imposition of penalty on the Appellant under Section 112 (a) of the Customs Act 1962 - cryptic and non-speaking order - HELD THAT - There is no error apparent on the face of the record. No case for review under Order XLVII Rule 1 of the Supreme Court Rules 2013 has been established. The Review Petitions are therefore dismissed.
