2025 (1) TMI 1226 - SCH - Customs

In the Supreme Court judgment, presided over by Hon'ble Mrs. Justice B. V. Nagarathna and Hon'ble Mr. Justice Satish Chandra Sharma, the Court addressed a Special Leave Petition. The petitioner's counsel, Mr. Subhash Chandran K.r, submitted that the petition for anticipatory bail had become "infructuous" due to the petitioner's arrest. The Court dismissed the Special Leave Petition as "infructuous," while "reserving liberty to the petitioner" to seek regular bail. Any pending applications were also disposed of.
