2025 (2) TMI 268 - SCH - Money Laundering

In the Supreme Court judgment, Justices M.M. Sundresh and Rajesh Bindal presided over the case. The Court, after hearing arguments from the petitioner's counsel, decided not to interfere with the impugned order. Consequently, the Special Leave Petition was dismissed. However, the petitioner was granted the liberty to renew the application for bail at a later date. Additionally, the petitioner was given 10 days to surrender, as requested by the senior counsel. All pending applications were disposed of.
