Summary

The Appellate Tribunal allowed redemption of a confiscated revolver on payment of a fine of 400% of CIF value and duty. The revolver will be released upon production of a valid firearms license. The ban on the import of firearms was not relaxed. The appeal was disposed of accordingly.
