Summary

The stay application seeking waiver of pre-deposit of duty of Rs. 49,362.80 and stay of recovery proceedings was granted by the Appellate Tribunal CEGAT, New Delhi. The dispute was regarding classification under sub-heading 3901.10, but there was no dispute in other aspects.
