1996 (10) TMI 154 - AT - Central Excise

The appellant filed a Misc. application for restoration of an appeal that was dismissed. The Tribunal decided to restore the appeal after considering a telegram sent by the appellant requesting an adjournment. The appeal is restored to its original number and set for regular hearing on 20th November, 1996.
