1998 (7) TMI 161 - AT - Central Excise

The Appellate Tribunal CEGAT, New Delhi allowed a reference application regarding the admissibility of Modvat credit on wire and felt used in the manufacture of paper and paper boards. The matter was referred to the Hon'ble Punjab & Haryana High Court for a decision. The reference application was disposed of accordingly.
