The duty demand of approximately Rs. 21 lakhs confirmed on processed fabrics clandestinely removed without payment of duty. Applicants failed to appear, case made based on interception of goods and statements. Pre-deposit of Rs. 10 lakhs ordered within two months for stay of recovery of duty and penalty.
