1999 (7) TMI 143 - AT - Customs

The Appellate Tribunal CEGAT, Mumbai allowed the appeals filed by the importer as the duty demanded was not deposited due to the availability of evidence supporting the end use condition. The Commissioner (Appeals) was directed to reconsider the stay applications and appeals according to law.
