1999 (9) TMI 303 - AT - Customs

The Appellate Tribunal CEGAT, Mumbai allowed the appeal as the Commissioner's order denying the benefit of Notification 203/99 to goods imported under an advance license was not upheld due to lack of notice and hearing. The Commissioner was directed to adjudicate the matter afresh in accordance with the law.
