2000 (4) TMI 519 - AT - Central Excise

The appellants reversed Modvat credit and paid Rs. 62,647 upon opting for complete exemption on end-products. They filed a refund claim, but it was rejected as they were required to pay the balance amount in cash. The appeal was rejected as there was no refund due to them.
