2000 (5) TMI 846 - Commissioner - Customs

The appeal by M/s. Apex Computers Pvt. Ltd. against the rejection of their drawback claims for delay in filing was allowed by Commissioner of Customs (Appeals), Chennai. The delay was condoned due to misplacement of files during office shifting. The case was remanded for further consideration and disposal on merits. (Citation: 2000 (5) TMI 846)
