Regulation 35	:	Date of commencement of lock in and inscription of non-transferability
Regulation 36	:	Lock-in of specified securities held by promoters
Regulation 37	:	Lock-in of specified securities held by persons other than promoters
Regulation 38	:	Lock-in of specified securities lent to stabilising agent under green shoe option.
Regulation 39	:	Pledge of locked-in specified securities.
