Translation of documents other than those under Part XI of the Act. 19. If any document, or any portion of any document, required to be filed by, or registered with, the Registrar, or containing any fact required to be recorded by him, in pursuance of any provision of the Act contained in any part of the Act (except Part XI) [1] [is not in English or in Hindi, a translation of that document or portion either in English or in Hindi] certified by a responsible officer of the company to be correct, shall be attached to each copy of the document which is furnished to the Registrar. ------------------------------------- Notes:- [1] Substituted by GSR 667, dated 10-6-1973.
