Winding-up Order Notice to Official Liquidator of order. 109. Where an order for the winding-up of a company or for the appointment of a Provisional Liquidator has been made, the Registrar shall forthwith send to the Official Liquidator of the Court notice of the order under the seal of the Court in duplicate in Form No. 50 or 51 as the case may be, together with a copy of the petition and the affidavit, if any, filed in support thereof.
