Contents of winding-up order and order appointing Provisional Liquidator. 110. An order to wind-up a company or for the appointment of a Provisio nal Liquidator shall contain at the foot thereof a note stating that it will be the duty of such of the persons as are liable to make out or concur in making out the company's statement of affairs under section 454, to attend on the Official Liquidator at such time and place as he may appoint and to give him all infor mation he may require.
