Excise Amendment of section 9 78. In the Central Excise Act, 1944 (1 of 1944) (hereinafter referred to as the Central Excise Act), in section 9, in sub-section ( 1 ), in clause ( i ), for the words "thirty lakh , the words "fifty lakh shall be substituted.
