Notification No. 111-Cus., dated 8th June, 1966 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 157 read with sub-section (2) of section 158 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following Regulations, namely :— REGULATION 1. Short title. — These regulations may be called the Passenger's Baggage (Levy of Fees) Regulations, 1966.
